Yummy soya chunks

Soya or soya bean is an edible bean widely grown in the East Asia. This is a rich source of protein and does not restrict anyone from having. We show you how to turn soya into a traditional Kerala style ‘soya ularthiyadh’.

One major thing to notice is to let soya rest in hot water for around 15 minutes before starting to cook them. This makes sure that the bean becomes soft. After taking it out of the hot water, wash it in cold water. Then squeeze the water out of the soya before cutting it into desirable portion.

So the ingredients needed are:

Soya chunks, Tomato, Onion, Grated Coconut, ginger garlic paste, Oil, Curry leaves, Salt, Mustard seeds, Green chilli, Coriander powder, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder, and Garam masala.
