The countdown begins:
Crush 4 garlic pods and a few small onions together. Keep crushed ginger ready. Have sliced tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, oil and salt near you. Heat a vessel and pour oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add the onion garlic paste, ginger paste, green chillies and curry leaves. When it gets fried, add the powders. Sauté for a few minutes and then add tomato and salt. Cover and cook until the tomato cooks. Now add boiled eggs to this. Sauté again and then turn off the flames.
