Yoga for strength

Yoga is a part and parcel of our culture. It has been around for 1000’s of years and yet almost never changed with other parts of life changing at a rapid pace. Ever wondered why?

There is an all around fitness and health improvement in just a few days time once you start practising yoga. A few health benefits of yoga include:

  • Improves your flexibility
  • Reduces stress
  • Complete detoxification
  • Toning of muscles
  • Better immunity
  • More energy

The list seems to go on and on. I will stop here with the benefits, but do look into the video and practise these to actually get many more benefits.
