Fat reduction is a topic discussed every week, and still it doesn’t lose its importance. This is primarily because of how much people wish to trim off those extra bulges here and there. So we are back again with another video to give you what you dearly need.
Abdomen is what we focus here. Let us split into three layers – inner organs, muscles and thin. Yoga helps to aid all these three layers plus helps burn the fat away. There is no special equipment needed to perform these asana.
We do recommend an open place or at least a room with proper ventilation. It is also essential that one practises yoga on an empty stomach, i.e. early in the morning. The morning time air is less polluted and so you can breathe in more of pure oxygen during this time.
