Vagina tightening exercises

With age mainly and a few other factors, the vagina tends to loosen. The loosening of vagina is not an unusual event. Yet, if it is not taken care of, it will permanently loosen up and will not go back to the way it was. But not to worry, we do have a few exercises that help the muscle in and around the region to tighten up and go back to the shape it was in!
