  • Cool the fish first before cutting it. This will prevent the fish from getting cut in between
  • Tamarind can be stored after drying it in the sun. It is then withered with rock salt before storing. Proper drying takes away all the bitterness in the tamarind.
  • The amount of coriander depends on the type of fish you chose you to cook.
