Chicken is by far the most favourite dish of people all over the world. Coming to India, there is not a chicken lover who will lick their fingers after having a tasty butter chicken. In any restaurant, we would find at least one customer ordering this dish. So we thought, we not update you the making of this recipe so that you can enjoy this dish at your home.
Better taste and better health guaranteed. This video explains the making of butter chicken in two phases. The first phase is marinating the chicken and the second is where the curry is made.
- Boneless chicken – 400 gm
- Bengal gram powder – 1 tsp
- Yogurt – 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic and green chilli crushed
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Fennel powder – pinch
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Saffron – a pinch
Mix well all the ingredients and let it set for a minimum of 45 minutes. Next phase is the gravy.
