  • Sprouted grains– 2 cups(steamed)
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato – 1 finely chopped
  • Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4th tsp
  • Rock salt – As per taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Curd-optional
