Nuclear medicine is a highly developing branch of medical science which uses extremely small amounts of radioactive materials to scan, diagnose and determine the severity of many ailments or even treat them.
For almost all illness these days the doctors require a blood diagnosis. It is a no-brainer that there is hardly anyone who isn’t afraid of the sharp needles that poke our veins. Even after the fear and trauma we go through for a blood test there are a lot of things that cannot be determined. It plainly gives a value and we can reference that value but nothing more.
For instance, if you wish to get a test done regarding the kidney then the blood or urine report may only give the damage level of the kidneys, but does not provide any specification on which kidney is damaged to what extended.
