Mobility exercises

Neck and shoulders are parts of your body that hardly gets any movement. So we give you a set of exercises, which works these joins and moves them. It will also relieve any pain that you are feeling in these areas of your body.

These exercises hardly take around 5 minutes per day. But you can increase the time limit of these as per your schedule to get maximum benefit. So the exercises are:

  • Slow up down motion of neck.
  • Shoulder to shoulder neck movement
  • Left and right neck movement
  • 360 degree rotation – clockwise and anti clockwise
  • Figure 8 with neck
  • Shoulder shrug – full circle
  • Push and move your shoulders
  • Swimming pose – both ways
  • Front circles – separately
  • Combined circles
