Kerala Egg curry

Egg is an inevitable part of our cooking, and we find this small piece of food in every fridge in every household. Egg is not just rich in proteins; it is also an easy to cook and a very fast cooking substance. Be it a simple omelette or an egg sandwich, this simple ingredient can be readied in a jiffy and it serves one of the healthiest proteins as well.

So, we give you such a simple recipe that can be made in less than ten minutes and what is more? This comes right from the land of spices – the god’s own country – Kerala!

The ingredients needed are:

  1. Boiled eggs – 6
  2. Potato – 2 ( cut into large chunks)
  3. Onion – 2 chopped
  4. Tomato – 1 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  6. Dried red chillies
  7. Coriander seeds
  8. Pepper
  9. Dried aromatics
