Raw Banana Porridge for Babies

Banana can be given to infants after 6 months of age. Banana is rich in dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin C and very good source of Vitamin B6, and is a energy dense nutritious food.This powder is so healthy, it helps in healthy weight gaining in your babies.

Take a clean vessel, add in 2 tsp of karupatti or jaggery. Now pour in 3/4 cup of clean water. Heat this up and cook untill the karupatti is melted.Now take a clean bowl and add 2 scoops of banana powder. Add some water mix it up till smooth. Now Sieve the karupatti liquid and wash the saucepan .Pour this liquid again in the saucepan and add the banana powder mixer.Heat this on a low flame with constant stiring. Cook this until the banana is cooked and thicken.You can also add milk and ghee.Allow it to cool down and transfer it to feeding bowl or feeding bottle and feed your baby.
