Heartburns – a sign of heart attack?

Heartburns occur mainly due to acidity. Acidity is caused by the digestive juices in the stomach when they move up, without any food in the stomach. Acidity can be caused due to various reasons like having excessive spicy and tangy food, improper food schedule, eating heavy meals and more.

By controlling the above said habits, it can be easily cured. Or at least, restrict the acidity to a manageable level. But this is not the main issue. Many heart and other diseases have symptoms that are very close to that of a heart burn.
