Diet is a much conversed topic all around the globe. In India, though everyone speaks about following a strict diet, it is actually very hard to follow it with the hundreds of festivals that we “have” to celebrate.
Be it Diwali or Eid, there is always a stack full of sweets and savouries lying around the house. This may be made or brought for the guests, but our hands do tend to wander around, sneaking in and out till we find it.
And puff, goes the diet!
