Face toning exercise

“Chubby cheeks, dimple chin..” are great only when there is a limit to it. But when weight puts on to your body, it gets accumulated all over your body, even your face. As repeated several times, it is always better to reduce fat completely, rather than focussing on a particular section. This is because overall weight reduction not only puts you in a great shape, but also increases your overall well-being.

Make sure to repeat this ATLEAST 2 times a day for a minimum of 2 weeks for the results to start showing.

  • Massage your cheeks
  • Press your jawbone

These two are like preparatory steps before you get into your exercise. Do these at least for 40 – 50 seconds, before starting your workout.
