Eyes are such delicate parts of our body that are constantly under strain. With the modern day technologies, our eyes get irritated and dry pretty soon. We tend to forget to even blink amidst of working or peeping into electronic gadgets, and this puts lots of pressure in our eyes. What can we do to change this? What can we do to take the strain off of your eyes?
We present to a set of 4 exercises that hardly take 5 minutes to do, and is assured to leave you with eyes that are stress free and fresh. So what do you need to do?
- Warm both of your hands by rubbing against each other and then place them on your closed eyes. Make sure your palm doesn’t touch the eye at all. Let the hands remain like that for one minute.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes. With your eyes closed look up as far as possible. And look down as far as possible. Repeat this slowly 10 times and very slowly open your eyes. Stretch your hand slowly and open your thumb. Focus on your thumb. Move the thumb towards you and stop it when it goes out of focus. Move it away slowly.
- Shut your eyes quickly and with pressure. Open them quickly. Repeat 5 times.
- Blink slowly 10 times.
These are bound to refresh those tired eyes.
