I am left speechless while thinking of this yummy dish. We find this in many restaurants and cafes and we wish we can make this at our home. We know for sure that the food we make at our place is by far tastier and healthier that what we get in any cafe.
So what all do you need to make this dish: boneless chicken, onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, green chillies, coriander, bread crumbs and corn flour, salt and oil.
Grind raw chicken to a fine paste. Add all the ingredients together and mix them to get a consistent paste. Take small portions of this paste and make small balls from it. Mix corn flour with a little water to dip these balls before frying. Take each ball of this chicken mixture and dip well in the corn flour mixture. Then mix with the bread crumbs and fry them.
