Cardio workout- lose weight

Half of the population wishes to decrease weight where as the other half wishes to increase a bit! Well if you are in the first half, this video is just for you. You don’t have to have any special equipment to do this workout. All you have to have is the willingness to go out that extra mile that will help you reduce the fat bulky body to a trim and fit one!

This workout routine is a set of 8 exercises where each is done for a time of 45 seconds. The entire set covers one round. For those who wish to take a level more they can repeat the rounds a few more times for better results.

If you are prone to any health condition that it is better to consult your doctor, physician or fitness expert before starting the routine. It is always better to do exercises in the early morning or during the dusk when the oxygen level is a tad bit high in the atmosphere. It is equally important to be hydrated throughout the day which quickens your metabolism and helps you lose more weight!
