We eat to sustain our lives, to get the energy to push through another day.  But not always does this help us. There are a lot of foods that can create very bad dangerous reactions in the body that it can adversely affect us.

i.e. It can reduce our lifespan if consumed on a normal basis.

A few of such foods include:

  • Artificially sweetened foods
  • Artificially flavoured
  • French bread
  • Syrups added food
